Complimentary Shipping

Enjoy FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders $200 or more.

Please note:

  • Free shipping does not apply to orders weighing over 20kg

  • Orders over 20kg will incur a flat heavy item shipping fee of $50

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

We understand the excitement of receiving your order and work hard to ensure fast and reliable processing.

If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking email within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@ecbaby.com.au.

Exceptions & Lead Times

  • Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available

  • Please check individual product descriptions for estimated dispatch timeframes

  • Certain handmade items (including coloured rice) may take up to 7 days to prepare

  • If ordered alongside other products, the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship

Shipping Methods & Tracking

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

  • Tracking details are emailed within 24 hours of dispatch

  • If you haven’t received tracking within 48 hours, please contact us

Sale Periods

During sale events, dispatch times may extend from 24 hours to 2–3 business days due to increased order volume.

Orders containing handmade coloured rice are excluded from standard dispatch timeframes.

Local Pick-Up (Melbourne)

Local pick-up is available from our HQ in Reservoir, VIC.

  • Select “Pick Up” at checkout

  • You will receive a text message once your order is ready, including allocated pick-up times

  • Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification

If pick-up is selected incorrectly and shipping is required, a $10 Australia Post invoice will be issued prior to dispatch.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within 10km of our HQ in Reservoir.

  • Delivery timeframe: within 2 business days

  • Delivery fee: $8

  • FREE local delivery on orders $80 and over

Please ensure there is a safe place for delivery if you are not home.
A photo will be sent to the mobile number on your order as proof of delivery.

If we determine it is unsafe to leave your order, you will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery option.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available.
